Gimignano, 7 km from the centre of Certaldo, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. Private: property 5 ha, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 24.Apr. - 09.Oct.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: table football, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 31.Mar. (extra).
