Die Wohnung wie auch die ganze Anlage waren in sehr gutem Zustand und immer sauber. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel brachten uns überall hin und dies auch oftmals sehr günstig. Bedingt durch die geographische Ausrichtung erreicht die Sonner erst am späten Nachmittag den Balkon. In der Wohnung Nr. 16 müsste jedoch das Bad und die Küche renoviert werden. Die Möbel stammen aus Grossvaters Zeiten und die Stühle im Wohnzimmer sind durchgesessen. Die Wohnung CH6579.100.14 ist die Wohnung 16!! Sie hat einen gedeckten Parkplatz und ist sehr schön, mit einem grossen Balkon und einer super Aussicht! Für jemand der gerne kocht und geniesst, lässt leider das Kücheninventar zu wünschen übrig (Kein Fleischmesser, kein Brotbrett, nur 2 gleiche zu grosse Wassergläser, nur 2 gleiche Weingläser, zu viele Teller, schlechte Bratpfannen, Teflon löst sich) Der Service von Herrn W. ist hervorragend!
