Da die Wohnung im zweiten Stock ist,kann man sie nicht für Gehbehinderte empfehlen.Zu viele Treppen. Leider ist die Besonnung zu dieser Jahreszeit,Oktober,schlecht. Apartment well appointed and great views across the lake to Ascona and Locarno as well as the mountains. Pool was nice - shame we couldn't spend more time there due to the wet weather. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse hat uns sehr begeistert! Ein grosses Kompliment möchten wir auch dem Verwalter für seine Hilfsbereitschaft und für seine zuvorkommende Art aussprechen. Leider hatte die Wohnung für unser Empfinden einige grosse Mängel: die Küche, das Bad und der dunkle Eingang sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die diversen, alten Möbel sind sehr abgenützt und die Einrichtung ist lieblos gestaltet. Jede Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung unserer Wohnung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles sauber.
