Der Sitzplatz ist überdacht, so dass man im Sommer immer draussen essen kann auch wenn es regnet. Wer gerne auf harten Matratzen schläft,schläft gut. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind allerdings etwas klein.
