Super freundliche Gastgeber, wir haben uns gleich willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Wir haben viele gute Ausflugstipps bekommen, den Snooker Tisch fanden vor allem die Männer super. Der Brötchendienst ist eine super Idee, wir haben ihn auch in Anspruch genommen, man steht auf und an der Tür hängen die frischen Brötchen :-) Die Einrichtung ist vollkommen ausreichend ausgestattet, alles was man zur Selbstverpflegung braucht gibt es in der kleinen, hübschen Küche. Mit dem vielen liebevollen Details kann man sich nur wohl fühlen. Der Balkon war unser Aufenthaltsort Nr.1, das Wetter war die ganze Zeit super, so konnten wir vom Balkon aus den wunderschönen Blick auf den Lago Maggiore und die Berge geniesen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, super zum entspannen. Wir hoffen, dass Familie P. noch ein Paar Jahre weiter macht, so dass wir nächsten Sommer wieder kommen können. Archival ### 10/10 Excellent #### Astrid W. 27 Jun 2015 #### Tolles Ziel für Familien mit Kindern und/oder Hund Wir haben gerade ein paar Tage in der wunderschön gelegenen Wohnung hoch über dem Lago Maggiore verbracht. Vom Brötchendienst über eine Garage voll Spiele und Infomaterial über nette Gespräche und Tipps zu Badestränden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. wurde von den hilfsbereiten und sympathischen Vermietern alles getan, um uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, um sich wohlzufühlen: Eine gute Kaffeemaschine, freies W-Lan, eine Telefonflat nach Deutschland und in andere Länder, Fernseher, eine top ausgestattete Küche. Besonders zu erwähnen ist noch der große Balkon mit tollem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore und wunderbarer Abendsonne. Wir haben alle Mahlzeiten draußen eingenommen. Der See und damit Badestrand ist in 15 Minuten Gehzeit gut zu erreichen. Direkt an die Wohnung schließt sich der Wald an, so dass auch Hunde sich rundum wohlfühlen sollten. Unsere Kinder haben Walter ("Alter", wie er sich selber genannt hat: die Rede ist vom Vermieter) geliebt. Wir hoffen und wünschen uns, dass die Vermieter ihre Wohnung noch lange behalten und wir uns eines Tages dort wiedersehen! ##### Astrid W. Alles war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Küche ist nahezu perfekt ausgestattet. Alle Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto problemlos zu erreichen. Die sonnige Terrasse lädt ein zum Genießen und Entspannen. Die Casa Esmeralda liegt idyllisch und ist ein idealer Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Die Fewo Allegria ist ausgezeichnet ausgestattet, hell, sauber und mit vielen liebevollen Details eingrichtet. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich, um die Casa Esmeralda zu erreichen und um das Tessin erkunden zu können. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und tun alles, damit sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen. Von der Begrüßung bis zur Abreise hat alles optimal gepasst. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Casa Esmeralda sehr empfehlen. ##### Anna W. Die etwas umständliche Anfahrt an das Ende einer Sackgasse wird kompensiert durch absolute, wohltuende Ruhe, in der schon das morgendliche Vogelgezwitscher laut erscheint. Die Anreise ohne Fahrzeug ist allerdings nicht zu empfehlen. Das Vermieterehepaar, das im selben Haus wohnt, unternimmt alles für das Wohl der Gäste. Vom Brötchenservice über viel Informationsmaterial bis zu Lesestoff und DVDs sowie Spielen für Kinder ist alles vorhanden. Und sollte es einmal ein Problem geben, wird schnell geholfen. Das gesamte Haus ist einladend, liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert, die Seesicht traumhaft, der Sternenhimmel überwältigend und die Familie Probst sehr, sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Da fühlt man sich gleich wie zu Hause und kann dementsprechend seine Seele von der ersten Minute an baumeln lassen und sich entspannen. Vom Balkon hat man genau die Sicht auf den Lago wie beschrieben, Traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und läßt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorzuheben wäre die Familie Probst, die jederzeit um das Wohlbefinden Ihrer Gäste bemüht ist, wir fühlten uns vom ersten Augenblick an wie zu Hause. Probst! Der Aufenthalt war unkompliziert und erholsam. Die große Terrasse mit tollem Blick über den Lago Maggiore ist traumhaft. Den Garten darf nutzen, Kräuter pflücken, im Schatten liegen unter einer Pergola. Die Wohnung hat jeden Komfort. Das Quartier ist ideal für einen entspannten und ruhigen Urlaub. Wir kommen gern wieder bzw. empfehlen unseren Freunden dieses Ferienhaus. Archival ### 8/10 Good 9 Jun 2010 #### Traumhafter Blick Die Angaben im Online-Inserat haben der Realität entsprochen und diese sogar übertroffen. Die Wohnung war großzügig, gemütlich, sauber und sehr gepflegt. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der große Balkon, gut möbliert, mit einem traumhaften, unverbautem Blick auf den See und die Berge. Die Vermieter waren besonders hilfsbereit, herzlich und immer ansprechbar. Diese Wohnung würde ich jederzeit wieder mieten. Ich habe sie auch schon Freunden empfohlen, denn ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. ---
