"The hotel is beautiful and extremely well maintained and clean. Views from the room are great looking right at the bay and Mt Agung. Food is very good also especially the satay. The tough part about the hotel is the road to get there along with many of the roads in Penida. There is dirt path to walk into town and it only takes 4-5 minutes."

The sheets were not changed in the 8 days that we were there. We had to regularly ask for towels, coffee for room as was not replaced. Did was nice for breakfast and dinners"
