"This was by far my favorite place in all of Japan. The hotel is lovely and located near the ocean. Our view was absolutely stunning. The staff was warm and accommodating (even helped us order a pizza!!). The Futon mats were memory foam and more comfortable than most western beds. The tatami mats and the paper walls that separated the sitting area from the sleeping area created an authentic Japanese vibe. The fee was affordable, but the quality was luxury!!"

"Beautiful views over the Pacific Ocean in the open air onsen, would definitely recommend for that alone. Easily accessible by train from Nagoya city centre, however the train station has one bus (and no taxi stand) to the resort every couple of hours so organise ahead. For foreign tourists; the staff speak little English but try to be helpful!"

"Located in Mikawa-Miya, not bad place to stay for the price. The hotel is little old but my room was large and provided nice breakfast buffet service. Location is great - right behind the Mikawa-Miya train station and some places to eat and convenient store near by. "
