The restaurant and bar on site were great! The bus stop to get to the Cliffs of Moher was just steps away from the hotel and the city center was a quick 10min taxi drive away.

Room was clean. Bathroom was very small. Free parking. Breakfast was the same for the 2 days we stayed. Dinner menu was good and had a variety of choices.
Best hotel we stayed in on our trip. Clean. Staff were very helpful. Bus stop to get into the city was right out of the hotel entrance. Very convenient.
We stayed here for 1 night and had a rental car. Parking was plentiful and we were only a 10 minute drive to the city center. Staff were great and welcoming. We had the breakfast in the morning, which had all the necessary items (Irish buffet). The room was large for our family of four (two twin beds and a queen). We would stay here again.
The hotel was close to the city center. The staff were nice and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre.
The hotel was clean & much of the staff was friendly. Parking was limited & some spots were tricky. It was a bit outside the city center, but quickly accessed via taxi. I do wish they had had an outdoor area.

Staff was great. Food in the bar was excellent. Facility was a bit worse for the wear. Could use some remodeling but comfortable and good value.
The property was well maintained. The staff were fabulous. We were very comfortable there and we would recommend the Flannery to anyone going to Galway!
We enjoyed our 3 night stay. Staff are so helpful and polite, our room was spotless and spacious and the hotel facilities are perfect. Lovley choice of breakfasts and the food in the resturaunt was delicious. We will definately be returning.
We stayed for one night and loved it. It had been a long trip. And arriving at such a comfortable hotel was a relief. The room and bathroom were super clean, bed comfortable, air conditioning solid. We had a super easy check-in, parking is in a big lot and free. We ate at the hotel restaurant which was quite good with pleasant service. I highly recommend a stay here if you are looking for comfort at a good price.
Although the curb appeal wasn't the greatest, the hotel was wonderful. Staff were excellent, it was very clean, breakfast was great, I can honestly say, I don't have one negative comment. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and would definitely stay again!

The room was clean and comfortable, if a little dated. It is an easy, short bus ride into Galway city centre - which is lively with great pubs and music - a taxi home afterwards will cost you around €12. Unfortunately it was very hot when we stayed, and with no fan or air con in the room, it was challenging. The bathroom was poorly appointed with one bottle of multi-purpose hair/body wash in the shower. There was a coffee machine in the room, which was a very nice touch.
Food was excellent, both breakfast & dinner. Bar & restaurant were very good, atmospheric without being noisy. Got an upgrade that we were not expecting. Room was clean & well looked after.
