"It is the historic, central hotel in Galway. Right on the city green. Walkable to all Galway neighborhoods. The hotel offers discounted public parking nearby, a plus. The staff was professional and helpful with our questions about getting around. Our bedroom had the grand 19th century high ceilings.

"very nice property. I was meeting up with other family members and their hotel had no rooms when tried to book on short notice and found the Victoria just around the corner, so glad I did very lovely hotel."
"Parking was easy, managed to park outside front door. Check in was simple although the key cards did not work first time. The room was large and very comfortable. Everything we need was provided. Bathroom was spotless, we appreciated the bath as we needed a soak after a long day. We used the restaurant and food was good, reasonably priced, service was excellent, thanks Carly. The horn was quiet at night, no noise from the corridor or outside. Black out curtains really helped for a good night's sleep as did a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent, particularly as we are vegan, this was accommodated with a freshly cooked breakfast. "
"The hotel is convenient to the tourist draws in the Latin Quarter but isn’t right in the noisy bustling area. There’s even a bar with trad music just across the street as well as the fun to be had with a short walk down to Shops street and the lively nightlife. I had a few problems with the room but staff were quick to fix them. Very responsive and also courteous and warm. Tiny room of course but great shower and bath. Ideal location and very nice feel. "
"Location amazing.
It is loud as the bar is open until 2am across the street but the leave ear plugs in the room for you.
Easy to walk to from the bus station.
We had the family room so lots of space, the other rooms may be very snug."
