This is a beautiful bright, airy, & modern beach home in Sea Isle on the West End of Galveston. Enjoy the ocean views from the 2 large decks! Only a 5 minute walk to the Sea Isle beach. 2 bed rooms, 1 bath, perfect for your family beach getaway! Home has beach toys, chairs & towels ready to go. Downstairs, enjoy the sea breeze as you relax in the hammock or swing. There is a charcoal grill so you can BBQ and enjoy a meal on the picnic table after a fun filled day in the sand. Here you will be able to relax at the beach and enjoy the many amenities that the Sea Isle neighborhood has to offer such as the community pool (seasonally available, Memorial day to Labor day, with purchase of Sea Isle amenities pass for $100/week for the family, paid directly to Sea Isle Property Association, not through VRBO), tennis courts, playground, restaurant & corner store. A marina off the bay is perfect for fishing. Just a short drive into town to enjoy the awesome restaurants & the local attractions! The kitchen comes equipped for cooking, so you can enjoy a meal looking out the large wrap around windows while watching the waves roll in. This was a family trip for my wife, 4 year old & 2 month old. We do not need a ton of room and the beach is all we do so this house seemed ideal. It was except for a few issues: -Check in is at 4\. We arrived at 4:05 and the cleaning ladies were still there. Drove around and came back at 4:30\. Still there sitting around. We parked in the driveway and they quickly finished and left. They were super nice btw, but they were definitely not finished. All of the towels were still wet, not damp but wet. The floor was wet and the rug/carpet seemed dirty. -the 1 bathroom is very small. The shower is even smaller. It was very difficult to shower ourselves and kiddos. -the AC is set to 74 during the day, not a big deal but it sure did not feel 74 in the house. It was not fun sitting around and sweating during the day. Those are our 3 main complaints. Otherwise the location was great. My kiddos had plenty of decking and patio space to play, except for the tobacco spit stains on the deck. It did work for our family but does need a few improvements. ##### Jarrett B.
