Inside this 5-bedroom home there is space for the whole family. Enjoy friendly competition in the game room, whip up a gourmet meal in the kitchen, or just relax and watch a movie in the cozy living room. Even with the seclusion, you’re still only a 3 minute drive to the beach. ● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1\. ● Location: Centrally located on Galveston Island, Texas ● Beach Access: Less than a 3 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall. ● Private Pool: This home features a large in-ground private pool that ranges from 4ft to 8ft deep. ● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! We love hosting church groups, family reunions, etc., but do not allow parties. \- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. \- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. \- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. \- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. \- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. \- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm. \- The homeowner\`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests.
