Relax with the whole family at this beautifully renovated three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath beach home featuring uninterrupted Gulf views, multiple outdoor spaces and beach access at the end of the cul-de-sac.

A designated boardwalk leads across the beautiful native dunes to a quieter, family-friendly stretch of beach. You’ll also enjoy access to the neighborhood pool, a fenced pet-friendly yard and plenty of space to relax indoors and out.

The Space
The home offers bright, comfortable living space with an open kitchen, dining and living area, three private bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

Large windows fill the home with natural light and showcase views of the Gulf, bay, dunes and peaceful neighborhood.

Beach Access
Beach access is located at the end of the cul-de-sac. Follow the designated boardwalk across the protected dunes to reach the Gulf.
This stretch of beach is generally quieter and less crowded than many larger public beach areas, making it especially enjoyable for families.

Outdoor Dining Deck
One of the highlights of the home is the main-level outdoor dining deck located just off the kitchen and living room.
With seating for six and beautiful Gulf and bay views, it is the perfect place for breakfast, afternoon drinks or relaxed family meals.

Balconies and Outdoor Spaces
Multiple decks and balconies offer views of the Gulf, bay, dunes, palm trees and surrounding neighborhood.

The shaded ground-level patio provides another comfortable gathering space after a day at the beach.
An outdoor shower and rinse area make it easy to wash sand from feet, beach toys, chairs and approved pets before heading inside.

The second bedroom features a comfortable bed, bedside tables, lamps, a television, ceiling fan, storage and access to an outdoor deck or balcony.

Third Bedroom
The third bedroom is a comfortable and welcoming space for adults or children. It includes fresh bedding, bedside lighting, a ceiling fan and storage for personal belongings.

Bathrooms
The home includes two full bathrooms and one convenient half bathroom.
The renovated second bathroom features a modern enclosed shower and updated finishes. The half bathroom is located just off the kitchen and main living area for easy access.
Fresh bath towels, hand towels and washcloths are provided for registered guests.

Fenced Pet-Friendly Yard
Approved pets are welcome, and the fenced yard provides a convenient outdoor space for them.
Pets must be supervised, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them and following neighborhood and beach leash rules.


Beach Gear, Games and Books
Guests may use the provided beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, beach towels and beach wagon when available.
Board games and books are also provided for family game nights, rainy afternoons or relaxing evenings at home.

Community Pool
Guests may enjoy the neighborhood pool during posted operating hours.
A golf-cart tunnel provides convenient access to the pool without crossing the main road. Children must always be supervised.

Parking and Guest Access
Parking is available in the driveway and designated areas beneath the elevated home.

Guests have access to the entire home, outdoor decks and balconies, fenced yard, ground-level patio, laundry area, beach equipment, outdoor shower, neighborhood beach access and community pool.
Locked owner closets and marked maintenance or storage areas are not available to guests.

Important Things to Know
The home is elevated and requires the use of stairs, so it may not be suitable for guests who have difficulty climbing them.

Because the property is located in a peaceful residential community, guests are asked to respect neighbors, follow quiet hours and keep outdoor noise at a reasonable level.

Children and pets should always be supervised on balconies, stairs, near the pool and around the dunes.

**Guest Access and Self Check-In**

Guests will enjoy convenient, contactless self check-in using the Yale keypad lock at the main entrance.

An access code and check-in instructions will be sent through the booking platform approximately 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. The code is assigned specifically to your reservation and will become active at the designated check-in time.

Enter the provided code on the Yale keypad to unlock the door. Please keep the code private and share it only with registered guests included in your reservation. When leaving the property, confirm that the door is fully closed and securely locked by pressing the Yale button.

**Hurricane Door Instructions**

All doors providing access to the patios, decks and balconies are hurricane-rated doors. These doors use a multi-point locking system, so the handle must be lifted before the lock will turn properly.

*To Unlock the Door*
Lift the door handle fully upward.
While holding the handle up, turn the lock to the unlocked position.
Lower the handle and open the door.

*To Lock the Door*
Close the door completely and make sure it is firmly seated in the frame.
Lift the door handle fully upward.
While holding the handle up, turn the lock to the locked position.
Gently check the door to confirm it is secure.

Please make sure all patio, deck and balcony doors are securely locked whenever you leave the home and before going to bed.

Do not force the handle or lock. If the lock does not turn easily, pull the door snugly toward the frame, lift the handle completely and try again.

We offer convenient self check-in and respect our guests’ privacy throughout their stay. We will not be on the property, but we are available through the messaging app if you have questions, need recommendations or require assistance.

*No Smoking or Vaping*

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home and on all patios, decks and balconies. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, marijuana and any other smoking or vaping products.
Guests will be responsible for any additional cleaning, deodorizing or damage costs resulting from a violation of this policy.

*Minimum Booking Age*

The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old, must be included in the reservation and must remain at the property for the entire stay.
Reservations made on behalf of other individuals are not permitted. The booking guest may be asked to provide valid government-issued identification to verify their age and identity.
