● Beach access: This home is just 50 steps from the sand at Acapulco Beach, and less than a 5 minute drive from popular Jamaica Beach.

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool (open Memorial Day thru Labor Day - $5 per person) and city park just a quick 5 minute drive away.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: We have room in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles.

Start your day with a delightful breakfast under the covered patio on the ground level. Equipped with picnic tables and a charcoal grill, this space is perfect for family barbecues and evenings spent reminiscing under the stars. The fenced backyard provides a safe space for children and pets to play freely while you soak up the sun.

Head upstairs to the main living area, where a cozy atmosphere awaits. Vaulted ceilings and expansive windows create an airy and light-filled space. The comfortable living room boasts a plush sofa and armchairs gathered around a flat-screen TV, ideal for family movie nights. Sliding glass doors lead out to a spacious deck with outdoor seating, creating a seamless flow for indoor and outdoor relaxation. Prepare delicious meals in the open kitchen, connected to the living room by a convenient pass-through bar with stool seating.

Down the hallway, you`ll find three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom features a king-size bed nestled in a nook with ample built-in storage and three large windows to greet you with the morning sun. The second bedroom comfortably accommodates guests with two queen-size beds. Lastly, the third room, perfect for families, boasts two full-over-queen bunk beds. All bedrooms share a conveniently located full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Unwind and rejuvenate in the ultra-private master suite located on the entire second floor. Featuring a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to a top-floor patio, this sanctuary allows you to wake up to the soothing sounds of the ocean and unwind after a day of beach adventures. The spacious ensuite bathroom, complete with a tub/shower combo, provides a spa-like retreat at the end of the day.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
