I’d give them 5 stars. However the house itself left something to be desired. The bedrooms and majority of the home were just as pictured. Nice, clean, and comfy. The kitchen however was the dirtiest kitchen I have rented from. It wouldn’t keep me from renting again, but I would make sure to bring my own cleaning supplies. I only state it, so that they can be sure to follow up with their cleaning crew. The main reason I would rent again, despite the kitchen, is that the location to the beach is perfect!!! It is steps away, not crowded, and makes for a perfect beach day to come back and forth to the house with ease. ##### Amanda F. This house is just steps away from the beach. Super convenient. Each of the four bedrooms were very spacious and we had plenty of room for the 6 of us (3 adults and 3 children). We loved the balconies too. The outside shower and full size washer and dryer were a big plus. We thought the house was a bit run down and porch floor boards needed some repair. A fresh coat of paint would do wonders too. Having said that, kids don’t look at that and they loved the bunk beds, and the adults loved the comfy beds. We didn’t cook, but we did notice that the kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the coffee that was provided. The dining room table was a bit small for our needs, only four chairs, but with the weather being so gorgeous, we enjoyed our meal at the large dining room table outside. ##### Susan G.
