- Get ready to relax in our private pool house. Privacy fence will give you the peace of mind to enjoy your family. This 3-bedroom 2 bath home is inviting and comfy enough to want to extend your stay. The space features a king bed in the master bedroom. 2nd bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. Both b7nks have twin beds on top and full size beds on the bottom. 3rd bedroom also has 2 b7nk beds. Both beds have twin on top and also the bottom. With two bathrooms offering both a shower and one bathtub, guests can enjoy a pleasant start or end to their day. The house stays comfortable year-round thanks to heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re winding down after a day of exploring or just hanging out, this nice home provides a terrific base for your getaway. We are not responsible for any accidents in or out of the home. We are not responsible for your personal items. Please do not enter the swimming area al9ne. We ask that there is no running or horse playing on the property.Enter at your own risk.

Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Start a load of towels. Gather soiled towels and place in wash room shower. Wash used dishes. If air mattress is used please return to original place.
During summer months set AC to 77. During winter months set heater to 68.
Make sure to empty swimming area trash and place it in the gree city cans at the front of the home.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
