No crossing the street which is a big plus with small children. Washer/dryer in the unit a game changer. Other than that, the location was great. We love the Seascape's amenities and location. They did call me after our visit to see if a bracelet they found in my bedroom was mine. The check in was quick and easy. Pools and hot tubs are very nice and clean, but you have to pay for paper bands to wear even if you don’t use the amenities.
