Downsides include inadequate silverware (4 tablespoons, a serving spoon, and only 1 teaspoon, for example), broken drawer, couch and dining only for 2 people. Dust-laden ventilation system. Pool area was nice. Some of the overall complex was in good repair, some not so much. We stayed at a different unit in the same complex a little over 2 years ago and there was some remodeling/construction going on, so we thought maybe this time of it would be finished and the complex would be better; however, there was more areas that were being worked on - as in equipment and supplies laying around in fenced off areas. But despite good weather and being there during the off-season, no actual work seemed to be taking place while we were there. I was also surprised to learn that the parking fee had more than doubled since the last time we were there. I think it was around 20 last time, and this time it came to 48 and some change with tax. It is nice, though, that all the parking is covered in the parking garage in the ground floor of the complex. All in all not bad, but I wonder about the financial solvency of the property because of the slowness of the work that has been taking place. ##### Vicki Z.
