Unfortunately, the suite we stayed in was very poorly maintained and fell far short of expectations.Upon arrival, the floors were dirty with sand, hair, and dust bunnies. The bedding had hair on it before we had even used it, and there was hair on the towels as well. After showering, I found a long black hair on my body from the towel—it wasn’t mine or any of my friends’, as we all have braids or short hair.The kitchen towel provided for removing items from the oven burned through, resulting in my friend getting a second-degree burn on two fingers. The dishes were dirty upon arrival, and the dishwasher contained unwashed items. The utensils were tarnished and should be replaced. The refrigerator’s water dispenser only produced room-temperature/warm water, so we purchased bottled water instead.The balcony was unusable due to its condition—trash left from previous guests, bird droppings on the glass, stained and dingy cushions, and dark yellow circles on the floor. This was especially disappointing as the balcony was one of the main reasons we booked this property.The WiFi did not work for 3 of our 4 days, requiring us to leave the premises to work.
