When we arrived to check-in the front desk receptionist was having a melt down, crying and wanting to quit her job. The guest in front of me was complaining and wanted to speak to a manager due to the hotel not having any internet or TV working. The receptionist contacted manager as we were all standing around. All the guest in the lobby were trying to calm her down letting her know it wasn't her fault. So unfortunately we didn't have any interest service or TV. As this was a HUGH problem and dissatisfaction the hotel should accommodate with a discount to all who stayed there or a free night.

We checked in Friday and cable was as out the whole day. We spent the entire next day at the beach thinking when we got back we would have cable and a cleaned room. Neither was done. Our room had not been cleaned. Bed was unmade, trash piled up in room. We were told they were short staffed and rooms are only cleaned when checked out. Our room had a smell of wet clothes and cat urine. Thermostat was not accurate and did not work properly. Breakfast was okay but free. We were refunded $100.

Mold on the ceiling of my room. Dirty wash rag left in the shower, room appeared unclean. Bed was uncomfortable and very stiff. One of our pillows had black stains on it.
