My daughter and I did an overnight stay here for New Years. What I loved about it was the fact that we had a great view for fireworks, it was also super close to all the spots we wanted to visit. The only small detail I would say needs improvement is the cleaning could be a tad bit better, other than that we definitely enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was so bad a few of us considered sneaking over to the hotel next door - no coffee, no napkins, extremely limited selection of food than ran out and wasn't replaced in the 10 minutes I spent waiting. It would be better to not offer breakfast at all than to serve that.
