We were able to sit inside and watch the sunrise, the waves, the birds, and the brave people walking on the cold beach. The condo itself was clean but can use a bit of an update with appliances, new bedding. The couch and rug in the living room need replacement asap, worn out and stained. Pool beach and not a ton of people. Overall the property was clean and had most amenities. Only a few things I noticed. Need more pillows for sleeping and maybe some beach towels. Everything was clean and in working order. I wish the windows in the beach side bedroom weren’t painted shut but that was no big deal because we just left the patio door open to enjoy the sights and sounds. There were plenty of blankets, towels, chairs for the beach and more. We all had a fabulous time at Seascape! ##### Mitzi M. No walk across traffic makes it perfect for families to come and go to the pool/hot tub & beach. This 3rd floor condo is right on the beach with completely unobstructed ocean views from every window and the balcony. Well stocked kitchen. Two bathrooms made it easier for a family of 5\. Kids loved the bunk beds. Will return to 1310 again!!! ##### Sanda P. When we first got there ove box wasn’t working. Called to let them know, and they said they made a ticket and some would come out to see about. Unfortunately no one showed up we had all our cold stuff in there. We lost a few things but had to get an ice chest and put stuff in there while we stayed.
