Only 2 vehicles allowed on property. No parties allowed, no smoking in condo, and no loud activities please. No pets. HOA has strict NO animal policy and service or special needs dogs will not be allowed without an approved application. Service Animal Application MUST be approved at least 2 weeks prior to rental. You can ask us for the application. Bringing unapproved animal to Seascape will result in $250 HOA fine. Violation of condo rules will result in loss of deposit. Lovely 1 bedroom Condo with King size bed at Seascape Condos in Galveston. Open the balcony door. Feel and smell the ocean breeze. Hear the surf breaking and the hot tubs bubbling, Walk down to the pool and access the beach through a nice wooden walkway with a coded security gate. While other Galveston travelers are hassling with trying to park on Seawall to access the beach, or (even worse) trying to dodge cars while crossing Seawall to get to the beach, your route to the beach is a short, quiet walk (with no busy road to cross!). If you are not in the mood for bouncing around in the surf, retreat to the heated pool or one of the three hot tubs. Our condo is fully stocked with kitchen stuff, beach toys, even fishing equipment! Sleeps 6 with the King bed, new LA-Z-Boy queen sleeper couch and 55 inch UHDTV in living room! Includes Internet (wi-fi and ethernet) and Cable TV with Premium channels, Netflix, and Amazon prime (Netflix and Prime use your own account). Seascape is a family friendly destination. Security is onsite. TWO cars per unit is allowed by HOA. Our condo is located back farther away from the ocean than most in the complex. But you do have a large balcony with an ocean view and a view of the large, heated pool. One of the hot tubs is right below the balcony of the unit. My kids loved the bunk beds. The space was perfect for our family of four. The heated pool and hot tub was definitely a plus. Would recommend to others. ESPECIALLY THE HOT TUB. Location of condo is centered around the few places we visited... quick walk to the beach. The place included amenities and supplies needed to feel like home. But the bonus was Kevin at the security gate...he is AMAZING AND HELPFUL. I hope to visit again next year during the summer. This is where we stay when we come to Galveston for vacation. The condo is clean, nicely decorated, and is exactly what is advertised. We love the private beach access. (Towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, fishing rods, and beach cart.) The only negative was the couch is stained and could use a washable cover. An item that is out of the owners control is the neighbors: they do not have quiet hours enforced, so depending on hwho is staying, the noise at hot tub below can be annoying. ##### Sara W. Beach toys available and very welcome. Bed in bedroom was comfortable. Not much seating in the living area and couch was not comfortable to sit on. When couch was pulled out for a bed, you could feel the springs. Not a valid sleeping option. There was a mattress topper that they offered but it only helps if there is an actual mattress to top. The beach was partially visible between the buildings but we did have a lovely view of the swimming pool and hot tub right below us. Check out process was spelled out well and easy to follow. The most concerning part of our visit was the fact that the host placed an unauthorized charge on our card for 200 one week after our visit for a broken shower handle that was not broken when we checked out. Overall, it was a nice stay until after we left. ##### Debbie S. The condo was exactly like the photos and description! We stayed with our three teenage children and there was plenty of room for us all! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated with a fun, beachy theme! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals and there was plenty of seating between the inside and porch. The pools were great and can't beat the hop, skip and a jump walk and BAM! you are right on the beach. Very convenient. We flew into Houston and used a rideshare to the condo, and were able to walk to the convenient stores and bakery caddy corner, down the road within 5 mins. as a heads up for future renters. :) The bathroom was spacious and shower was wonderful. Our only complaint was that there was no coffee provided. Usually that is an included staple whenever we do a rental option. Complex was very quiet, even on the holiday wknd. Right on the beach and away from the hussel and bussel! The pool and hot tubs are amazing, and you feel extremely safe. The condo is very small, I would not recommend going with more than 4 people (that would be pushing it!) We are a family of 5 and we were on top of each other! Only 1 person in the hallway and kitchen, the one bedroom is very tight and crowded. The bunks are great for the kids. The advertised sofa bed in the pics is far from the real thing. It was not usable as it was so uncomfortable. Our youngest made due with just sleeping on the couch itself, which wasn't great. I specifically picked this condo for the sofa bed as it looked very comfortable and that was very important to me for my kids. We couldn't spend time together as a family of 5 in the living room as there was not enough sitting or room. The balcony is great for seeing the kids in the pool, but there is only one spot on the balcony to sit and see the ocean. The adult hot tub is right outside this balcony and is very loud at night, even while watching TV the kids heard the adults, also while going to bed, the kids in the bunks could hear them. Also there are only 3 beach towels, which isn't described anywhere. I would have brought more had I know. ##### Carin W.
