Nestled on the ground floor of a 2-story duplex you can bask in the comfort of a roomy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom layout. Accessible through a private entrance, this living space also boasts a fully equipped kitchen. It's worth noting that this unit is part of a series of specially constructed homes shortly after the 1900 storm. Note the owner lives on the 2nd floor. \-Beach pass info: \-Texas' only private beach! 10th and Seawall. \-Memorial weekend thru Labor Day weekend \*Excluding special events, check website for dates \-Min. 2-night stay to use. \-$65 value, for FREE! \-good for parking 1 vehicle on the beach \-good for 2 chairs under an umbrella \-can bring own food or order to have it delivered to you! \-unlimited use during your stay \-refer to website for other details & operating hours \-$50 replacement cost if not returned to unit at the end of you stay. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $40 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
