The guests were friendly there was no overcrowding. The pools on site were on the small end but well kept up with and on warm days you still had the ocean anyway. The yard is tended to daily, they keep everything lush and green. We don't drive but there is a shuttle that travels along the seawall. The place was clean and all the appliances were in working order. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Pool and area cleaned daily. The wifi worked well with 7 devices connected at one time. There were extra sheets and blankets & towels, soap, dishwashing liquid, body wash shampoo and conditioner. Bring your own beach towel. We were told by 6, yes 6, different people that they would call me back and put me in a different condo without one person ever calling back. I was able to speak to someone right before I got on the plane that switched us in a matter of minutes after stressing all night. The condo is TINY. It does not sleep 6 and there was zero storage. A normal basic hotel room was more storage. It’s run down and dirty and doesn’t have basics like salt and pepper. Go anywhere else.
