This fun condo Bikinis & Martinis is the perfect condo for your beach getaway! We are very dog friendly with a dog park and shower. You will be enjoying Martinis in your Bikinis! at this FUN Galveston condo. Great ocean views from this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. You are staying right on the Gulf of Mexico with views from the second floor. THE RESORT -Martinis & Bikinis condo is located on the west end of Seawall Blvd. across from the beach in the highly popular Maravilla Condos. This quiet complex is known for the beautiful tropical grounds featuring 3 pools, a hot tub and exercise room with a beach view. There is a very large resort pool with an island in the middle, a smaller lagoon pool with a beach entry and across the drive is a medium size pool heated in the winter. There are also charcoal grills by all the pools(bring your charcoal). Between the resort and lagoon pool is a nice gazebo accessible to all guests to enjoy some shade as you eat or drink at the bar with bar stools. You will have easy access to your choice of activities. \*\*\*As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very front. You might hear some noise during the day from 8 to 5\. All construction and noise from construction stops at 5:00pm. \*\*\*POOLS: The large main pool, hot tub and beach entry pool are OPEN and have been renovated. The east heated pool is being renovated and a 12 man hot tub and splash pad added beginning mid-August and should be completed by mid-December 2025! We are excited to have all of this ready for guests this winter! This renovation project is no where near this condo. This condo is located close to EVERYTHING fun in Galveston. Just step across Seawall Blvd is the ocean & wide beaches are about a mile in either direction. Moody Gardens is just behind us within a short drive. Within walking distance is Jimmy's on the Pier for dining (upstairs...over the ocean & recommended) or fishing. You can also walk to the Go Cart tracks and the movie theater and Miniature Golf. There is a handy guide in the condo with all of our favorite restaurants and things to do. At the complex, there is ample covered & uncovered parking for a $10 fee per car per day. You can pay the front office upon arrival or the next morning if arriving after hours THE CONDO The living area has beautiful tile floors, a comfortable sofa that makes into a bed and a nice round table with 4 bar stools. The wall-mounted 50" smart tv is located in the den and is ready for your viewing preferences. DishTV is provided, or guests can login to their personal Netflix account for their favorite movie options. A dvd player is also provided. The kitchen offers stylish full size appliances, a dishwasher, stove, built-in microwave, granite counters and an elegant tile backsplash. Accented by custom cabinets, drawer storage, and plenty of counter space, cooks of all levels will enjoy the Gulf view while preparing their favorite meals! The private double-sized balcony is the perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine while overlooking the Seawall and the Gulf of Mexico. Or, enjoy your early morning cup of coffee as the sun rises over the glistening water. You'll be inspired to plan your day at the beach, a kayak tour, or to simply hang out by one of the three pools located at the Maravilla. The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom and provides seating for four, a table, and a pair of side tables. See the beautiful ocean from the comfy king bed in the master. Take some time out for a good book and a long overdue nap! Also in the master is a dresser, a large closet and a 40" flat screen smart tv. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, a dresser, a 40" smart TV, and nice sized closet. There is a club chair in this bedroom. The bunk bed alcove is located close to both bedrooms in the entry hall. This twin over twin bunk is ideal for the kiddos & average sized adults as well. The bathrooms have a sink and a commode on each side with a tub and shower in the middle. BRINGING YOUR DOG: We welcome dogs so if you would like to bring your pet with you, please send a request with the type and weight and we will send you the approval. Please add PET to your reservation. Our non-refundable pet fee is $150 plus tax for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund. The condo provides complimentary Wi-Fi and DishTV. At the complex, there is ample non-reserved covered and uncovered parking. You can pay the front office upon arrival or the next morning if arriving after hours. A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices beginning June 1, 2021 are as follows: 1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax 2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla. 3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day. My grand twins had a wonderful time visiting the beach for the first time. The condo was the perfect size for our family. Im glad we were told about the construction at the front of the building or I would have been concerned upon first entering. The location was near everything we had planned for the week. We ate in a few days and dined out a few times. The information in the convo notebook was very helpful. Kids played with the games and sand toys. We would def do it again. This will be the 4th time we stay here. I love the way its so easy to check in and all the employees there are very nice and helpful. The condos are always clean and ready for your stay. Rented as a long weekend getaway to celebrate my granddaughters sweet 16\. The bunks were perfect for her young siblings and the bedrooms we great in both size and comfort! It is an older property, but the positives were that is was close to Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn. You can walk to the beach. The main pool is very large and clean. You can also walk to the go-cart track and video arcade. The condo was perfect for us. You can see the beach from the balcony and it was also a very quiet room. The property manager is very attentive through out the entire experience. I would highly recommend this Condo. ##### Lee M. Our stay at Eat Beach and Sleep condo was wonderful! Condo was very clean and literally had everything we could ever need in the condo alone! Property was full of amenities, has no issues with anyone. Donna was great! The only issue about the property and not the condo would have been the elevator was broke down the majority of our stay which is a problem when your on the 3rd floor. But overall the condo was Beautoful and tastefully decorated and we will go again! ##### Gina G. Worked well for our family. Smaller bar stools and get rid of the table inside would make it easier to make out the couch bed. If you havev lots of girls, remember to bring more toilet paper!
