Ideally located, overlooking the lazy river pool, this spacious top-floor condo offers the best of relaxation and adventure. Spend your days floating along the heated lazy river, lounging poolside, or taking in panoramic bay views from your private balcony. Wake up to spectacular sunrises, stroll along scenic nature trails, and discover the many species of coastal birds that make the estuary their home.

Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the prime bayside location. Bring your fishing pole and waders to enjoy easy access to some of the area's best shoreline fishing. As evening settles in, gather around the community fire pit for s’mores, stunning sunset views, and the refreshing coastal breeze.

The nearby Pointe West Beach Club and beach are just a short drive away, with convenient on-site parking available. Guests may also rent a golf cart and access the beach through the community tunnel and pathway system.

Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, the condo features a spacious primary suite with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. Additional sleeping accommodations include a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a second queen sleeper sofa in the common area, providing ample space for families and groups to relax and unwind.

Inside, you'll find four HD LED TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony showcasing panoramic views of the bay. During the cooler months, the electric fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day spent exploring the coast.

Outdoor living is just as inviting. The private patio features a premium Pit Boss pellet grill, ideal for preparing fresh seafood, steaks, and family meals while enjoying the colors of the sunset over the water. Whether you're gathering with loved ones for dinner or unwinding with a quiet evening outdoors, the setting is designed to make every moment memorable.

Things to know
Please note that while the condo comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, only 9 resort wristbands may be purchased.

Guests also have access to community walking and nature trails, fishing areas, private beach access, fire pit gathering spaces, and a shared basketball court, offering plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation throughout your stay.

*The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility that offers optional resort-style amenities for guests who wish to purchase access. The resort fee is $25 per person, ages 4 and older, per stay. Beach Club policy allows a maximum of three amenity bands per bedroom. Access includes the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated bayside pool and lazy river, hot tubs, basketball and pickleball courts, a game and fitness room, seasonal family activities, and seasonal lunch and dinner service at The Pointe Restaurant.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
