- **Please be advised that the elevator in Seascape Building 1 will be out of service for a complete replacement from 10/13/26 to 12/12/26. Two sets of stairs will remain available as alternatives. Rental rates will remain unchanged, and we will not offer refunds or rate adjustments due to the elevator being out of service.**
