The beds were so comfy. I was surprised to have quality comforters. Also, impressed with the quality of the towels. Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay. The ac/heater also needed to be reset after we arrived and was making a strange noise while running. Overall, our stay was comfortable and we slept quite well.

We were so thankful to find this stay on Expedia! Unexpected events caused us to be unable to fly back to Virginia, so instead, we're having to drive across the states. We needed a place to land for work and to rest from driving. The Wi-Fi was plenty good enough for remote work. The room was so clean, smelled great, and was really comfortable. We were treated so well by the staff, but especially by Mae. She checked us in, made sure we were comfortable, was very friendly, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond for us. We were only able to stay one night but honestly... I wish we had been able to enjoy it there longer. And the complimentary breakfast was awesome!

Despite being a pet friendly hotel and the need to modify expectations, I found the elevator and hallways smelled strongly of dog feces. That could be remedied with some serious cleaning and disinfectant. Otherwise all else was fine.

On the outskirts of Gallup, NM. The hotel is very clean and tidy. Must be a newer hotel or recently remodeled. Would stay here again!

Great hotel with lots of food options close by. A great place to stay if you like trains as they go by every couple of hours. If you are a light sleeper this is not the hotel for you.

Railroad noise and no hot water
Hotel was very nice but two things wrong. It was near the railroad tracks and we stayed in a room that faced the tracks. There are a LOT of trains that go thru there. They did not blow the horn but as a light sleeper I heard them on the tracks all night. Second thing, the water NEVER got very warm. At best it was luke warm after leaving it on for a long long time. Told them at front desk but got no reaction.

The stay was fine. But we had no hot water for our shower. This was very disappointing because we had been traveling all day and it was a very cold night.

Not worth the money.
I had a decent stay. The water took literally 15 minutes to get hot, the tvs are so old you can’t hook anything up to them, there was also a line to use the only luggage cart they have. Breakfast was mid and the heat in the lobby sucked. It was 65 degrees. Walls and curtains had massive stains.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and the cleaning staff and maintenance staff were also very helpful. We were impressed by the person who kept the breakfast area filled with food. She checked it every few minutes to make sure the food had not run out.

Only 1 front desk person on a Saturday night!!! The line to check in was long and frustrating. Also onn expedia which i used under what to expect at check in, there was nothing listed. Orhers hotels listed charges for oets or incidentsals. So i was surpristed when they asked for my cc. I paid the room in full. It should have been listed

With being a chain there are certain expectations. After driving all day wasn’t too happy waiting for a cart to appear. Kinda hard for me to believe a Marriott only had 1 cart for luggage. Kinda disappointing
