Ultra-Lux Tower Villa: Dual Pools, Near Beaches

Located 1 km from the sea and 6 km from the town of Gallipoli, nestled in a peaceful spot within the Lido Pizzo Natural Park and just meters from a magnificent 40-hectare pine forest, this stunning designer villa awaits you. Built entirely using green building techniques and eco-sustainable materials, it offers a stay defined by aesthetics, comfort and sophistication at any time of year. The property, featuring two private pools and grounds spanning approximately 7,000 square meters, is for your exclusive use, ensuring total privacy with no shared spaces.

With its two mirror-image towers, the villa echoes the architecture of the ancient watchtowers characteristic of the Salento coast. No reinforced concrete was used; the walls are made of raw earth, and the tuff stone is locally sourced. Many furnishings are by renowned designers or were crafted by the owner himself, a celebrated designer and architect specializing in sustainable building.

While identical from the outside, the two towers differ in their interior styles: one is more innovative and eclectic (unit A; see photo gallery starting from image 6), while the other is more understated and classic (unit B; starting from image 32). Each tower houses three double bedrooms spread across three levels. The top-floor bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and access to an outdoor terrace offering views of the surrounding countryside and the sea (unit A: photo 16 onwards; unit B: photo 42 onwards). The middle bedroom — located on the raised ground floor — can serve as a living room with a wood-burning fireplace in unit A, thanks to a comfortable sofa and a fold-away bed; the bathroom is accessed from the kitchen (unit A: photo 11 onwards; unit B: photo 37 onwards). The semi-basement bedroom, featuring an en-suite bathroom, is accessible both from the raised ground-floor bedroom and via a dedicated external entrance; in unit A, it impresses with a fountain and a bio-ethanol fireplace (photo 24 onwards), while in unit B, it boasts an indoor whirlpool tub (photo 47 onwards).

The kitchens for both units are located in a building that connects the two towers. Designed in distinct styles, each is equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction cooktop, dishwasher and oven; they also feature an interconnecting door, allowing them to be combined into a larger shared space if desired. The unit A kitchen (photos starting from no. 6) includes a small outdoor seating area, while the Unit B kitchen (photos starting from no. 37) features an open-air dining area.

The villa offers air conditioning in all rooms, free Wi-Fi and a washing machine in unit B.

The two matching pools—each measuring approximately 5x5 meters and featuring atmospheric evening lighting effects—are for your exclusive use.

The coastline south of Gallipoli is characterized by long white sandy beaches interspersed with coves that are partly rocky, culminating at the Punta Pizzo promontory. The sea here is crystal-clear, shimmering in various shades of blue and turquoise, while the beaches are often bordered by pine forests and Mediterranean scrub. The sea can be reached from the villa in just a couple of minutes by car or bicycle, or via a walk through the countryside taking about 20 minutes. Amenities are also close at hand: from your peaceful villa oasis, you are just a short drive from the bustle of Gallipoli and its stunning historic center, with its narrow streets, gourmet restaurants, marina and shops. The southern Salento expressway, easily accessible from the villa, allows you to explore key destinations across the region, from Lecce to Santa Maria di Leuca, from Nardò to Otranto.





🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.

🧽 Final cleaning is not included and costs €240, unless you clean yourselves before departure.

🐶 Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €150 for the 1st one, €75 each for the others. Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request.

💰 We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €1200 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.

⚡ Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,45 on 31/07/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. - Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.

- In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.

- There might be security cameras outside the property, pointing at the garden, the terraces or the parking area. There are no security cameras inside the house or in private areas.

- Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.

- Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.

- This property is managed by our local partner in Gallipoli, who will be available for you during your stay.
