They made our stay absolutely memorable. We stayed in the BnB which was a 5-min walk from the hotel and close to everything. They had clear instructions and had everything we needed including beach umbrella/towels. Brunch was on the terrace and it was beautiful. Staff was super helpful with recommendations and coordinated the shuttle for the beach club as well.

The B&B was exactly as described and quite comfy. There were very friendly cats in the garden. Most notable for us was the helpfulness of the staff both at the B&B and the hotel receptionist from whom you get your key. We had a major problem with our rental car and were stranded at the hotel. They helped us get a taxi all the way to Brindisi, helped us move our bags from the BB to the hotel, helped translate for the taxi driver and for the locals who were upset by our broken down car that blocked the road. Made the best of a bad situation. Excellent help! Just one note: you’ll need to go to the Al Bastione hotel down the street for your key, was a little confusing but once figured out was great.

This B and B was completely misrepresented on line. Property is an extension of the Il Bastione hotel which is where we would of stayed knowing what we know now. Photos of the B and B were not accurate as the photos represented a renovated part of the property and were not the rooms we stayed in. Peeling paint, musty smell and moldy bathrooms, lights that did not work etc….check in was difficult as property was far away from the main hotel within no signs directing us. We were able to check in thanks to a guest who told us where to go as they has the same problem on their check in. Beautiful little town but stay somewhere else!

Good stay, but poor flexibility on policy

We were unable to check in for our first night due to an unexpected illness, and although I contacted the property (through Hotels.com) to explain the situation, they were unwilling to offer any flexibility or even a partial reduction. I understand the stated cancellation policy, but I had hoped for at least a small gesture of goodwill, especially since we arrived in time for the second night and had contacted them promptly to explain the situation. This kind of rigid approach feels short-sighted, as it leaves the impression that in such a tourist-heavy location, individual guests don’t really matter. The property itself was fine once we arrived, but the experience with the policy left a poor impression.

Foi a melhor. Maravilhoso. Perto de tudo. Café da manhã com vista para o mar ao ar livre. Com direito ao assalto de uma gaivota que roubou o bolinho do prato com o bico. Hotel é lindo, bem cuidado, recepção super atenciosa. Está no centro histórico e a recepção se comunica com autoridades e tem meia hora para entrar, deixar as malas e sair sem multa. Estacionamento muito fácil gira do centro histórico. 10 minutos a pé. Ameiiiiiiiii tudoooooo

Quarto muito bom, porém a infraestrutura fora do quarto péssima! Check in bem confuso pois não é feito no hotel em que estávamos hospedados, é feito em outro hotel perto. Camarera e atendentes super atenciosos. Café da manhã muito bom! Quarto limpo e cheiroso. Localização ótima, porém para quem está de carro um pouco ruim, pois não pode estacionar na cidade, somente no porto (tendo que pagar Parking)

Vi hade en jättefin upplevelse i boendet. Det enda som var dåligt var avloppet i duschen, det rann väldigt långsamt ock blev översvämning. Väldigt gullig städpersonal som städade rummet varje dag samt vek ihop våra rena kläder på Vårt tvättstreck☺️. Personal i reception väldigt gullig och serviceminded och frukosten på rooftopen fantastisk med underbar utsikt! Stället ligger jättefint i gamla stan!
