"Totally recommend O truly enjoyed the swimming pool, the rooms were pretty spacious and clean staff was great, just the dinner I felt out of place we were not attended equally, even though we paid our full price like everyone else, we were ignored very obviously and not only my friend and it was also to others who didn't seem to meet their criteria, I considered myself a clean person well dressed but I guess it didn't fit there criteria"

"The place was great! On our first night there there was a huge spider on the bed that was probably about the size of my hand… They switched us rooms and took care of it… Just be mindful when you leave the windows open there are signs that bugs can’t get in. (FYI we didn’t leave the window open we saw it as soon as we entered the room after check in)"

"We stayed 5 days, 4 nights with 2 kids. We enjoyed our time at this hotel very much. We very much appreciated that this is the 1st stop for pick up on the shuttle to Disney as we didn’t realize that when trying to select a hotel. The indoor play ground is a great option to burn energy and is open fairly late. The swimming pools are excellent with the indoor and outdoor options. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was great however selective on what was cleared and cleaned up towards to the tail end of the stay which wasn’t a dealbreaker just odd. The lobby scent is a bit offensive and strong and that would be my only complaint."

"The property was far better than I imagined, it was huge, beautiful inside and the outside space was so peaceful! There was just one of the cupboards that was not cleaned properly, other than that it was spotless! It’s unfortunate that the communication is so poor, they speak barely any English, which is absolutely no issue, as my French isn’t great either, but when you work in hospitality, and where most of their visitors speak English it’s very difficult at times to communicate. We left our booster seat on the site transport, I spoke to a lovely lady on reception who gave me an email, no response, I asked on the bus, they didn’t understand me, we found it ourselves on the last day in the luggage store. On my day of arrival after an horrific journey to get there, I still had no idea where my Disney tickets were, the stress this caused, Expedia at first said I had no tickets attached to my booking, I had to send email evidence, they then said it was the park that organised. I had been emailing the park days leading up to the holiday to confirm where my tickets were, again no reply, Expedia just kept sending a generic email, which wasn’t helpful. In the end Expedia found a reference number for me to take to the parks main reception, the tickets were waiting in an envelope, that simple, but no communication. Free entry to the water park was incl, you just show your wristbands, all that added upset was so unnecessary. We then had to rearrange our days to accommodate the mix up"
