"The property itself is pretty and clean. Some of the staff need more training, especially the reception area. It was in disarray when I checked in and also never reachable by phone. The AC in my room didn’t work and then when it worked it wasn’t really functioning properly. The dinner was mediocre. We enjoyed our stay here and we will come back. "This spa hotel is absolutely magnificent, starting with its location featuring natural views, beautiful landscapes, and herb gardens. The tasteful interior design, blending rustic and modern/classic elements, creates a wonderful ambiance. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the entire place is spotless. The hotel's restaurant offers an enormous variety of dishes in a welcoming buffet style. This was our second stay, and it has become our top choice for a vacation spot in Israel. The only disappointment was the limited TV entertainment options, which included only basic channels and no VOD."
