"Lovely hotel in a quiet section of Paris. Reception staff were excellent, very polite and helpful. Same for cleaning and breakfast staff. Rooms are small, but well stocked with a fridge, coffee and a very comfortable bed. A great bonus was the on tap cold and sparkling water in the foyer, well needed in the recent warm weather. Overall, a great stay and would definitely come back."

"I’ve stayed here before and what I like about this hostile is that it’s very clean. I was in a private suite for four women (which I like because that way I know I’m only sharing the shower with three people versus for everybody) and I believe they come in and clean the bathrooms every day. Bring a towel or purchase one at the front desk, staff is very friendly and helpful! My warning is that during the summer, there is no AC; Paris was having a heatwave, so I didn’t get much sleep as there was no air circulation. It was fine when I stayed during the spring, as it was cooler. Otherwise, great place to stay for reasonable prices!"

"The front desk staff were phenomenal from the time we checked in until the day we left! They were friendly, helpful and kind. They helped me obtain a Naivgo pass when I was unable to download one on my phone. We were offered 2 complimentary drinks in the hotel bar/restaurant and what a perfect find that was. Our server there was fantastic, the drinks and food were great and the value couldn’t be beat. We found the location of have hotel was perfect for exploring the city. The local neighbourhood was great, we walked to many locations and having the Gare de Lyon right there made transit so easy. An added bonus was the comfort of the beds and the Brita water fill stations. Highly recommend this hotel!"
