The location is quite nice. The property has a lot to offer and we were able to relax rather easily here. The property is well stocked with supplies so we brought some groceries and everything else was provided; which was very convenient. Check-in and out went smoothly. Check-out instructions were few & easy to follow. Definitely appreciate the host's thorough and prompt communication throughout our stay. If we had any issues, I'm sure they would've assisted us but we had none whatsoever. And that's largely due to how well it is maintained and professionally run. Also appreciate them leaving the owner's club passes and all the helpful recommendations for the area.The electronics/appliances look new and function well. I slept in the downstairs bedroom and the pillows there are on the firmer side. So I recommend fluffing them up or bringing your own if you like a softer pillow. The Smart TV's have the usual Smart TV channels so you'll want to bring your streaming login info if you want to do a lot of TV viewing. That made our weekend enjoyable even before arriving at the townhouse. And once in the house, we thought the layout of rooms was perfect -- bedrooms on two floors, each with a full bath. Everything neat and clean. The place really sparkled for us. We enjoyed the light cooking we did and times together on the patio deck. All in all, a delightful stay. So much to do in the area as well. Our teenage grandson loved the amenity pass to the club house for swimming and weight lifting. The weekend was everything we could hope for. . ##### Thomas J.
