    This beautiful duplex penthouse is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 4 people, fibre Wifi Internet, air conditioning in the living room, designed for teleworking.Located in one of the most beautiful enclaves of the island, in a unique natural environment surrounded by natural pools and at the gates of numerous trails, this beautiful flat has two spacious bedrooms on the ground floor of the house, the main one with a comfortable double bed, TV and the second one with a trundle bed. With a bathroom and a nice equipped kitchen integrated in the cosy living room. On the upper floor of the house, you can access the large terrace with outdoor shower where you can enjoy with the family, sunbathe, have lunch and relax. In addition, the property has Fibre Wifi Internet, Smart TV, lift and communal swimming pool in the residential complex in which it is located. It is perfect for both holidays and business trips in Gran Canaria.

We loved the property itself..it was clean and close to the beach..the only downside was that the instructions to get into the property did not work..we need a key to access the building and another key to access our portal to the elevator and finally a code to get into the room...the keys were inside the apt so there was no way to get them..if not for the kindness of a stranger who called the property managers, we would still be locked out...they had to over ride the locks remotely as well as the code for the door...we wasted over 2 hours of our holiday trying to get in...we would advise a new system of access to the unit be done...otherwise we loved the area and the accommodations

Bonito ático en Sardina con una terraza espectacular en la parte superior

Nos encantó este ático, la piscina del complejo donde pudimos tomar el sol y relajarnos y el entorno natural, donde además se presta a hacer buceo de calidad, merece mucho la pena. La vivienda es muy cómoda y la urbanización donde está ubicado es espectacular. La playa de Sardina del Norte está a poquitos pasos del dúplex y además es muy bonita. Ha sido una estancia maravillosa y la atención de Home2Book también! Muchas gracias.
