"The staff at this hotel are incredible. No matter where you are. Poolside, beach, bars, yoga deck. The only gripe I have is that there is little consideration given to teenagers on rainy days. We had two full days of rain when the usually adult only spa pool was opened up to children. It is then packed with babies and toddlers - not a place teenagers want to be. We asked if our teenager could use spa pool at 2pm but was told no. We checked the spa pool three times that afternoon and it was pretty much empty. Surely an hour or two would work. Policy could be that they have to be accompanied by an adult."

"Great location - close to the airport, close to the city and on the road leading out of town to the beach, also loved that it was so so close to the ‘Kosmos’ mall, which was a great options for shopping and dining. The outdoor pool was wonderful. I wasn’t too keen on the indoor pool - I personally thought it could have been warmer (though my kids were happy). Also was not overly impressed with the spa in the women’s room- the jacuzzi’s water was barely warm and the steam room wasn’t working. Other than that great hotel still and super friendly staff at the bar and front desk."

"Had a fabulous 5 days celebrating my friend’s 50th. Staff are so attentive and helpful. They couldn’t do more for you. We were lucky enough to be upgraded from a standard family room to a 2 bed deluxe suite which was amazing. The deluxe pool was a delight. I loved the gin trolley and the free flowing Taittenger!"

"Everything was to an excellent standard very clean with different breakfast choices daily. The staff were very helpful and could not do more to help if you needed it also close to the beach and all places of interest. Very enjoyable stay."
