★ Be mindful of guests staying in the other studios. No noise after 10pm please.

Had a really great stay here.. we had an initial issue with our room but the owners could not have been any more helpful and resolved it straight away even when we arrived late at night. We were moved into room one for our stay and it was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. I loved the easy access door codes which meant not having to remember a key! We stayed over a weekend and whilst being central in Gala was great, it was a little noisy at times with passing sirens and party goers! we had no issues with parking and managed to use the on street parking whilst we were staying. Would 100% book again.

A little gem in the Scottish Borders. Beautifully decorated and finished with modern fixtures and fittings. Everything I could have asked for in a studio apartment. I loved my stay and hope to return soon.
