This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home that comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests is just 6 miles away from a DC Metro Station. FOUR local Breweries are also within a 5 mile radius, as is shopping and dining.

There is a long-term tenant in the basement but you will not see them during your stay as there is a seperate entrance.
