Quiet and comfy 3 bed, 1.5 baths in a quiet neighborhood great for Gator games

  • Vaulted, very high ceilings with two common areas with three couches (two leather, one cloth) and two recliners (one leather, one cloth). Wood floors downstairs, access to kitchen and entertainment room with TV/sound system. Pool table in living room. Two upstairs rooms have wall-mounted smart TVs. 10 minutes away from UF, great for Gator games. Large living room/family room great for entertaining. 6-Person Hot Tub, stone fireplace on back patio and grill with large backyard.
