Settle in and enjoy a comfortable night’s rest with 1 Queen</> bed, 4 Single beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families, friends, and groups traveling together. The living room also features a Sofa bed, offering an additional sleeping option for guests.

With a variety of bed sizes throughout the home, everyone can find a comfortable spot to relax and recharge after a day of exploring Gainesville.\

The downstairs level features a bright and open floor plan, creating a welcoming space where guests can relax, work, dine, and spend time together.

The living area includes a comfortable couch that converts into a bed, making it a convenient additional sleeping option for larger groups.

There is also a large Smart TV, perfect for winding down with your favorite shows or movies after a day out.

For guests who need to work remotely, workspace is available, along with high-speed Wi-Fi to help you stay connected.



🍽️ Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials you’ll need to prepare meals and enjoy a comfortable stay. It includes pots, pans, cookware, and other kitchen essentials, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full home-cooked meal.

Coffee lovers can enjoy the convenience of a drip coffee maker and K-Cup-compatible coffee maker, with coffee and tea provided to help you start your mornings right.

Everything is yours! Make yourself at home. The only 2 closets we use to store cleaning supplies are locked and clearly labeled.



The Neighborhood:

Perfectly Located off 34th St in Gainesville's Brighton Park neighborhood -- easily drivable to the University of Florida, Shands, Celebration Pointe and Downtown Gainesville.



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft easily accessible!



Other Things to Note:

🔇 NO parties or loud music; $500 fee

🦮 NO pets; $250 fee. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations required for Service Animals

🚭 NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $250 fee

🙅‍♂️ NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest

⚠️ Your reservation may be subject to a Security Deposit/Authorization Hold, this applies to some booking but not all of them. Please inquire if you'd like to know more



🔔 Guest App & Verification: After booking, you’ll be required to complete our Guest App before check-in. This includes required verification steps such as the rental agreement, ID verification, and applicable refundable security deposit or non-refundable damage waiver. You’ll receive access to the app immediately after booking, where you’ll find your check-in/out details, early check-in/late check-out options, local guide, property information, and door codes once the required steps are completed. Completing the Guest App ensures your self-check-in is quick, easy, and seamless!

❕Double-check closets and grab all your things before heading out. Forgot something? We’re happy to help return it for a $30 handling fee plus shipping.



Cancellation Fees:

All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period. During the free-cancellation period, your total refund will be 96% of the original booking amount—no exceptions. If canceling outside the free cancellation period, normal cancellation penalties will apply.
