Ancient residence renovated with wisdom and elegance in Gagliano del Capo. The charming residence has a lovely external veranda equipped with a small terrace - solarium covered by a pergola.
For 4 beds, it is divided into a large living / dining room, two double bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower.
External equipped veranda, solarium terrace covered by a pergola with additional kitchenette, table and chairs for outdoor parking.
Tastefully furnished and well equipped property. Each compartment is embellished with valuable details.
A few steps away and without taking the car you will find all the services at your fingertips: supermarkets, restaurants, taverns and bars, fishmongers, pharmacies, post offices, ATMs, optics, fruit and vegetable shops, butchers, etc. All within a radius of 200 meters.
We also point out the weekly market every Saturday morning.
It is also possible to reach the sea on foot in 15 minutes along the Ciolo path, one of the most evocative of Salento. From the path you reach the locality of the same name where you will find a beautiful natural inlet enclosed by high overhanging rocks that protect the bay from bad weather and rough sea giving a breathtaking spectacle and calm and crystalline waters.
For the long stretches of sand we recommend that you reach the towns of Torre Vado and Pescoluse in less than 15 minutes by car.

Very nice place! We highly recommend.

Extraordinary style of the interior, build with much love for the details. Although everything is very useful and equipped practical. We loved the terrace and used only this kitchen - unique place for dinner!
