"We booked very last minute. We arrived in Rome and drove approximately halfway to our destination, which would have been Amalfi area. This was a perfect one night stop over after a long flight. "A lovely hotel with an excellent location. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the breakfast was very enjoyable. The bell staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. However, my experience with some members of the front desk team was less positive. At times, interactions felt unwelcoming, and I did not feel acknowledged when approaching the desk with questions. On a few occasions, there appeared to be a lack of engagement or eye contact, which made the service feel somewhat impersonal. Overall, the hotel offers strong accommodations and amenities, but there is an opportunity to improve consistency in front desk hospitality."
