"This was by far the worse place I have ever encountered. The hallways smelled like Clorox but I guess that was to cover the smell in the room and the marijuana coming from other rooms. The pillows were disgusting, the sheets were stained and looked dirty the comforters had holes and stains on them and the towels were gross with holes on them oh and let’s not forget there must of been repairs done to the wall because there were hole patched up and never painted. I would never recommend this place ever to anyone. There wasn’t any amenities at all at this location. If you’re ever in the Bronx please stay far from this location better off going to the Holiday Inn on 3rd Street. Now it explains why they have a no refund policy for changing the dates or canceling."

"The hotel was horrible. The reception area smelled like cat piss. They over did it with the fabuloso and or pine sol where it irritated the nose. You had to go to the lobby to get ice. You had to go to the lobby to pick up any food delivery. I wouldn’t stay here if the next stay was free."

"I thought the Hotel Lobby was very nice. All the staff were friendly and I feel did an excellent job. The elevators and hallways were very nice. The room I had for myself was an adequate size and very nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The door had some holes in it where the extra latch used to be. That certainly could have been filled in. The bathroom was very small and not in great condition. The tiles in the shower were old and the rain shower was kind of annoying because the shower was small. Because of the shape of the handheld sprayer, it sprayed everywhere. The door in the bathroom was chipped and in not nice condition. All in all, except for the bathroom, it was a perfect hotel and perfectly situated for my stay. Some updating of the bathrooms could make it a 4 star hotel."

"When i arrived and got to my room i realized my toilet wouldn’t fully flush so i mentioned it to the engineer who was addressing the same issue across the hall. When i got back later i could see that the issue wasnt resolved. So i let the front desk know when they sent me a status text message. I received another text once the issue was supposedly resolved. Nope. It wasn’t. They should have moved me to a different room. Hard to have guests over when your toilet wont flush."
