前台友善，回應迅速，登記入住的時候可協商安排房間同家人一起。入住行政樓層25樓，清潔人員王阿姨親善友好，印象佳。行政酒廊只下午2:30到晚上開放，晚餐尚可，有幾樣冷盤不錯。其他下午茶，夜宵可以說完全沒有，得幾罐飲料。早餐需到一樓和普通樓層一起吃。早餐都算種類繁多，福州特色小菜（芋泥，八寶飯，魚丸⋯）都正宗。酒店後面是商場，商場可連江濱公園，環境好。下次還會入住。

非常棒的飯店，服務非常好。由於在大陸普遍使用微信叫車或支付車資，我請櫃檯服務人員幫我設定手機，由於我的微信App版本太舊了，櫃檯服務人員江小姐花了半小時幫我處理，禮賓部的林先生還帶我到附近商家辦手機號碼，非常感謝他們，這家酒店的服務太棒了。房間的空間也很大，很舒適，下次到福州會再住這家酒店。

Fantastic hotel

Fantastic hotel. The staff are friendly and courteous. They fall over their feet to assist in every manner. Food standards also good. The Manager and his staff need to get a 5 star rating. I have stayed at this hotel many times and the services just get's better every time.

Nice hotel in quiet neighborhood but far from town

Concierge was not very helpful. When enquired whether the hotel has transfer to the airport, I was informed that the hotel does and l can do a booking 1 day before the day of leaving. When the day came to make a booking, I was informed that there is no transfer available and I have to find my own way to the airport.

호텔시설은 특별히 부족한점 없는 수준급의 고급이었지만, 호텔 위치가 좀 불편했습니다. 주변에 스타벅스 커피숍 하나 없고, 쇼핑몰도 가려면, 걸어서 가기는 좀 애매한 거리, 택시타면 기본요금 거리에 위치 하고 있습니다. 호텔내 수영장 사우나 시설 괜찮습니다.
