Beautiful room with traditional and modern Japanese influences. Beds very comfortable. Lovely staff. Laundry room and Onsen were really great. Bettei area of hotel had its own entrance/exit and lift, which made coming and going very quick and easy. Very convenient location.

Imperial Hotel Osaka was nice but nothing stood out at this property. The breakfast buffet was nice l, but we had better ones during our trip. The rooms were nice, and the view of the river and cherry blossoms were a highlight of the stay. Service was good but again nothing stood out compared to the other hotels we stayed at.

The staff, the breakfasts, and the room were all incredible. I would absolutely stay at this hotel and recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka. The proximity to everything was perfect, and having the subway right there was ideal. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience at the hotel. It made our dream vacation a reality and then some.

The staff was very amicable and provided a calm and gentle atmosphere. I fell in love with the private onsen, i used it every night. The breakfast option is a must as it is a traditional Japanese breakfast and they accomadated our allergies. I would stay again here for sure!
