Downstairs is the living area and above the bedrooms. The roof terrace invites you to linger and let your eyes wander over the lake. The water property lures with sitting area at the lake and free boat use (rowing boat). Two parking spaces are available on the front property. An additional sleeping possibility would, after consultation with the owner, in the form of a folding bed, be provided for an additional charge of 10.00 € / day / person. House: The spacious, lovingly and modernly furnished holiday home on Lake Baalen is divided into two living levels in 1 room, 2 bedrooms, hallway, kitchen, bathroom and storage room. Sehr gute Einrichtung und sehr viel Platz in der Fewo vorhanden. Die Nutzung eines Trett- und Ruderbootes war möglich. Durch die schöne Lage des Ferienhaus ist eine aktive Erholung wie ausgedehnte Radtouren, Rudern usw. gegeben. Die großflächige Dachterasse mit Strandkorb und Elektrogrill aber auch die Seeterasse mit Grill und großer gemütlicher Sitzecke laden zu gemütlichen Abenden ein. Mit dem Ruderboot kann man jederzeit direkt starten. Im Ort ist alles fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Direkt um den See herum kann man herrlich spazieren.
