A good appartment

Spacious. Good bathroom, comfortable bed, storage space, well-equipped kitchen with easy-to-use appliances, comfortable, well-lit living area. Centrally situated: the last building in the main street, overlooking the castle. The photos of the building and the interior of the flat are accurate. What is inaccurate is the location given on the website, which is in another street altogether. Both agency and host need to check the accuracy of the information for finding and getting into the building. We were given the wrong house number, but on the right street, and the phone numbers given by agency and host did not answer. Check out process could also be improved.A shame, because this was a really nice flat that we would be happy to rent again.

POSITIVESDie Fotos der Unterkunft halten, was sie versprechen: ein schönes großes Bad mit Dusche, eine mit allen notwendigen Utensilien eingerichtete Küche, ein süßer kleiner Balkon für Zwei zum Mittagessen oder Sonnenuntergang genießen, ein wirklich sehr gemütliches Bett mit großem Schrank im Schlafzimmer und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Schloss, Park und Einkaufsmeile mit Restaurants und Co. sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt.WLAN ist verfügbar.---NEGATIVES---Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr hellhörig, sodass die Nachbargäste uns durch ihre Lautstärke abends länger mit wach hielten. Wie meine Vorbewerter bereits beschrieben, ist die Adresse nicht ganz korrekt angegeben, sodass wir den Eingang des Objekts zuerst nicht gefunden haben. Ebenso war der Check-In etwas problematisch, da wir den Vermieter unter der angegebenen Rufnummer leider nicht erreichen konnten und auch im Voraus keine Check-In-Abläufe per Mail oder Nachricht übermittelt bekamen. So kontaktierten wir den Vermieter am Vortag der Reise, erhielten aber leider bis zu unserer Ankunft keine Antwort. Mit Verzögerung antwortete der Vermieter uns aber später per FeWo-Nachrichtenportal, kam persönlich vorbei, zeigte die Wohnung und machte einen sehr netten Eindruck.Bei der Ausstattung werden Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine angegeben, jedoch ist beides nicht vorhanden. Die Parkplatzsituation ist oft schwierig, da diese in der nahen Umgebung nahezu immer besetzt sind. FAZITGrundsätzlich zufrieden.
