We have quite a mixed review for this accommodation. Firstly, the rooms are situated in an industrial area abutted by mechanical repair, car wash and steel fabrication businesses. The entry door leads onto a long flight of stairs to the rooms.
It would have been good to receive an email detailing how to get in as well as instructions on how to get here ( by downloading the Vasttrafix app) The place wasn't easy to find.
On the plus side, the room was clean and we loved the kitchen facilities ( especially the coffee machine)
One last issue we had was that we booked this room in Jan and realised within 48 hours that we had put in the wrong dates. We immediately changed the booking but were charged again. We think this was unreasonable as it was more than 9 months ago and changes were made very quickly. Expedia said they were dealing with the matter but we have heard nothing more from them or the owner.
On the whole, the accommodation was satisfactory ( but not for double the price we ended up paying) Just a few things could be done to make things easier and more comfortable for guests.
