Magnolia Apartment by Atlantic Holiday is a spacious and well-appointed apartment located in Funchal, on Madeira Island, offering a comfortable setting for up to seven guests. With three bedrooms, the property is suitable for families, couples, or groups of friends looking to explore the island while enjoying a practical and welcoming space. Two bedrooms feature queen size beds, while the third includes a bunk bed, and there is also a sofa in the living room that can accommodate one additional guest.
The apartment includes two bathrooms, both fitted with showers, ensuring convenience for larger groups. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances and utensils, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, and all necessary cookware, allowing guests to prepare their own meals with ease.
Guests benefit from a private parking space in the building’s garage. Additional amenities include a washing machine, hairdryer, smart TV with box, as well as a baby cot and high chair for those travelling with young children. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for all stays.
The location offers easy access to local cafés and restaurants, some within walking distance and others just a short drive away. Public transport options are available nearby, making it simple to explore Funchal and the surrounding areas.
Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00. Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.
The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:
- 2EUR per night;
- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.
- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.
