The flat was clearly very well maintained, everything is within walking distance, but far enough that you can avoid the busy/tight roads in the main town, so it is a perfect location to stay. The only issue I have with this is the 250 EUR deposit. The deposit was charged through a card payment and refunded with an international bank transfer.
