The apartment includes a living area, a TV with cable channels, a well-equipped kitchen in open space, with a dining area. The bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom inside, with a shower cubicle. This property can accommodate two adults and one child (maximum), as it has a sofa bed for one person in the living room. Apartment with access to the terrace, which offers a fantastic seating area. In this space, you can take the opportunity to enjoy a nice meal outdoors. The building has a common entrance and is located in Rua da Alegria, one of the arteries near the La Vie Shopping Centre. Wi-Fi available in all areas. Flat in a building with stairs and no private parking available. AREA Building located in the Funchal city center. From this building you will be able to know all the downtown and main points of interest. It is situated right next to restaurants, shopping centres, bars, museums, the Cathedral of Funchal, Funchal Municipal Garden, Funchal Marina and Municipal Theatre. In the city center there is plenty of information about all kinds of activities you can do during your holidays: cultural activities, radical activities, nature related activities... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island! GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. Insgesamt eine schöne helle Wohnung. Auch die Ausrichtung, Wohnküche Richtung Osten und das Schlafzimmer Richtung Westen ist perfekt. Durch das offene Treppenhaus wirkt die Wohnung sehr großzügig.Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf einen großen Anteil der Stadt mit den Bergen im Hintergrund. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, die Geräuschkulisse ist städtisch. Eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Restaurants sind in der nahen Rua da Carreira. Praktisch ist auch die Frutaria da Alegria gebenüber, morgens zum Brötchen und Obst einkaufen oder direkt für ein typisches portugiesisches Frühstück. Wir kommen gerne wieder. ##### Heike e. ---
